The unbranded advert is the basic type of advert that we run.

This is also restricted to a number of job boards that are within our network.

Step By Step Process

CvWow receives instruction on a specific role. A fully optimised job board friendly advert is produced

The proposed advert is proofed by the client, a personalised filtering and screening criteria is then

agreed

The fully optimised advert is posted to a network of our recruitment job boards for the period of 28 days

During the 28 day adverting campaign each application is personally filtered and screened on a

daily basis

A summary of each application along with a shortlist of the best candidates can be provided at the end of

the campaign

The hiring manager is contacted on a regular basis to discuss each application and review the screening

criteria

Each application which meets or exceeds the screening criteria is emailed directly to the hiring

manager

CvWow follow up after each campaign to determine the end result
