PERSONAL STATEMENT

I have been managing retail store operations since I passed my Hons from university in 2010. I thrive chaotic environments where a combination of smart, nimble processes and a human touch keep the wheels turning, and keep store staff and customers happy. I am passionate about helping business grow and helping my colleagues succeed on the job.

CAREER HISTORY

Bata Pakistan Limited(June 2010 – Present)

Bata Pakistan is Pakistan’s leading shoe manufacturer and retailer. The retail stores of more than 500 outlets are amongst the largest in Pakistan and I am responsible for one store with following responsibilities;

As Store Manager (*Lahore, Bahawalnagar, Faisalabad)

- To set estimates on daily, weekly & monthly basis for store and sales staff as well

- Set the visual merchandise as per standards

- Control the inventory process

- Maintain the stock for Sale

- Review the business analytically

- Prepare closing statements

- Prepare Profit & Loss Statements

- Control the shrinkage, cash and store expenditure

- Handling customers queries

- Develop good customer relations

- Implement the company SOP and Promotional circulars

- Hiring of new temporary staff and their training

- Supervision and Motivation of the sales staff as a team work

- Ensure safety measures of store in all aspect

- In additions the responsibilities, Collect and compile the data of all district stores as per supervisor or head office instructions.

I am gradually promoted because of increasing my turnover contribution up to 115 %.

T&N is the local internet service provider company with 65 clients on corporate level. Being a Business Development Officer my job includes the following responsibilities;
