Boiler:During Pre-Commissioning I performed the tests with my team of{(Trial runningof motors on solo run and on loadbased on Vibration and Temperature parameters, Positive Pressure test of Gas path, Negative Pressure test of Gas path, Dryout (backing of refractory), Boil out, Steam test, Flush out of Economizer, Boiler, Deaerator, Condensate tank, Treated

Water tank and related Parts, Loop testing of electronic circuit, PLC, And Inter Locking)} and Design review of Highpressure steam Boiler.

RO: During Pre-Commissioning I performed the tests with my team of {Whole the was flushed out. MM, Bag Filter,Cortege Filter and RO Vessels, Loop Test, Trial running, Adjusting of Parameters Chemical treatment, and product QualityTests.}.

DGs:During Pre-Commissioning I performed the tests with my team of{Flushing of Piping loop,

These all mentioned test were Performed on OQ and IQ bases which were analyses by the Laboratories also.
