Work Experience Al Falaj Hotel (Oman) - 2002 to Up-to-date I count more than 12 years of work experience at Al Falaj Hotel and presently work as a Chef de Partie. I hold my present designation since January 2011 and my key responsibilities under the current position are as follows; Responsible for daily production of menu items through different outlet stations. Responsible for organization and cleanliness of main kitchen as well as other stations. Maintaining all safety procedures and sanitation guidelines. Providing all product usage and ordering documentation to Executive Chef and training of other staff. Adhering to all proper handling and storage of weekly food deliveries.

Managed all other level of cooks in assigned area to ensure the highest culinary quality. Responsible for set up, break down and coordinating replenishment for buffet. Monitoring of hours and breaks to keep labor cost down and training of new staff. Marco Polo Hotel (Dubai) - 1997 to 2002 I worked as a south Indian specialty cook at Marco and hold mainly responsible for running my own station with less supervisions. I was also responsible for production of all categories of south Indian foods. Madura Coast Club (India) - 1995 to 1997 I started my worked as a trainee at Madura Coast Club and laid a strong foundation to my carrier with the commitments and hard worked.
