I. Generator Plant Engineer ( May,2014 to Present ): Generator Plant CAT-3616*8 (4200 KVA , 13.8KV)

As Generator Plant Engineer have a following responsibilities:

Supervision and managing a staff working under me. Troubleshooting, Preventive & Corrective maintenance of 13.8 KV Power Plant. PLC troubleshooting and maintenance. Air Compressor maintenance.

Working as Low voltage Central Maintenance Engineer handling the following Utility Areas:-

1. Generator Plant.2. Chiller Plant.3. Boiler Plant.4. Pump Station.5. RO Plant.6. Data Center.7. Utility Tunnel.8. Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).9. Fountain System.

As a Electrical Engineer, I am performing following types of Responsibilities at Princess Noura University Project:-

a. Corrective Maintenance (CM): Diagnosing and troubleshooting of power system of MDB’s , MCC’s , DP’s & small/lighting Panels. Diagnosing and Troubleshooting of control signals of MDB’s , MCC’s , DP’s & small/lighting Panels to DDC

for BMS. Troubleshooting of Duplex Submersible Pump system and signal from sump pump to DDC for BMS. Analyzing and Troubleshooting of VFD’s and Soft starter and there communication to DDC for BMS. Looking and troubleshooting for Fountain system. Troubleshooting of automated Gate Barriers & Auto roll up shutter door.

b. Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM). Preparation/implementation of Master Plan for PPM of all Electrical assets in PNU utility area. Framing a PPM frequency as per manufacturer recommendation for all assets mention in master plan. Formulating of Preventive maintenance instructions ( PMI) for individual category of assets as per manual

description. Accomplishing all demand of consultant like amendment in Master Plan , Making asset category vs asset

PMI chart , asset category vs asset quantity chart etc. Feeding of PPM Master Plan/job plan/PMI frequency on Maximo for automated work order generation. Proficient for performing of all PMI for the Electrical assets. Satisfying to consultant for on time/proper implementation of submitted Job plan.

c. Miscellaneous work: Protection (lsig) and Contact Resistance testing of ACB. Infrared testing. IR testing of motor. Hipot testing. Earth pit testing. LV cable jointing upto 300 sq mm. Well versed with use of underground Power cable fault locator. Well versed with use of cable route Locator.

Along with above mentions, have a overview of the following systems also: SCADA controlled ABB Distributor’s for the ring main Unit (RMU). SCADA controlled ABB Switchgear. ABB Package Substation. ABB Transformer. BMS monitored SOCOMEC & Chloride make UPS.
