Managing a team of 4 NSS engineers (OMC) to ensure smooth running of operation. I ensure that core network weighted KPIs meet their target and are achieved well above the upper limit. Managing scheduled PM/FM/CM activities planned on monthly, quarterly, yearly and requirement/recommendation basis including critical activities such as CD software upgrade. I was also responsible person for POI/Interconnect liaison with BSNL authorities. Got commissioning letter for one of the L2 TAX within a record time. Besides, testing/liaison/Switch AT and all other relevant proceedings for commissioning of L2 TAX/TANDEM POIs of HFCL Punjab were solely managed by me. Not to mention, good terms with BSNL authorities also helped a lot.

Prime responsibilities included managing routine O&M of core network nodes (that included 4 MSCs, 2

HLRs, 2 SMSCs, 2 SCPs and several other VAS nodes). Managed a team of 4 NSS Engineers and roaming team and taking a lead to provide timely resolution of daily based complaints based on the functioning of Switching Nodes.
