1) 2D to 3D modeling using Image Processing In 2D to 3D modelling, I have converted the real visual images into 3D graphical image. As we know that most image capturing instruments like camera can take 2D snaps but cannot provide whole 360 degree 3D views so in this project, I took multiple snaps of any real object using camera based on geometrically increasing degree upto 360 degree. That means, I kept the object on a rotating platform and using suitable rotation steps of servo motor, the object has rotated through 360 degree using micro-controller and using webcam as camera, I took snaps of that object through 360 degree at suitable angles. Now the captured images are processed using computer in Matlab software and at one coordinate axis I clubbed the entire captured image according to their angles. And, finally, it is displayed on the computer in Matlab where we can rotate the implemented 3D image at full freedom.
