Handled customer requests and queries promptly via phone, checked transactions with different issues, performed database search for identification and monitored all web orders resulting in the provision of excellent service to customers globally and agents in the UK.

Undertook money transfer account transactions for agents, who were engaged with customers world wide ensuring that terms and conditions for each country applied.
