BUILT RITE INDUSTRIES creates solu-

tions to fit the needs of the container

industry. BUILT RITE’S Lock Boxes are

no exception. Lock Boxes are just a few

of the items manufactured for the security

of shipping containers and the safe stor-

age of the users valuables from vandals

and theft. All of our Lock Boxes are

made from steel and range in thickness

depending on which model you choose.

The Bulldog and Standard Lock Box are

made from 1/4” thick material. The Bull-

dog has an added flat bar flange to raise

the box above the door gasket and cre-

ates a nice area for welding. It also in-

corporates a security angle flange at the

top left corner that is welded to the inac-

tive door so no thieves can cut through

the padlock tab. The bottom of the box

has 5/8” round stock weld to the perime-

ter to prevent cutting or tearing through

the lock box. The Flanged Lock Box is

manufactured with 3/16” steel and has a

primer finish. The flange allows for weld-

ing or drilling holes and lag bolting the

box into place while in the field.

CSIP-All required Container Structural Insulated Panels based on the kit ordered. The panels are made with 2”x3” wood studs 16" O.C. and have a 1/4” ACX plywood sheet as the finished face. All walls have an R-13 rating.

Electrical Package-125 AMP Breaker Box, three 15-AMP and one 20 AMP breaker, two four foot fluorescent 2 bulb light fixtures, 12-2 Romex wire, exterior junction box, gang boxes pre-mounted in walls, one light switch, three outlets. All Products UL Rated.

Weld-N-Go Systems TM –All offices come with two Weld-N-Go TM Windows and one Weld-N-Go TM Man Door. The 16 foot Office/Storage Combo Kits include a partition wall and a Weld-N-Go TM Field Goal Man Door.

System does not require any special support systems to hold the walls or roof in place. All walls are toe nailed to the container floor and the roof is supported by the sidewall. Roof is suspended so electrical can run in any direction.

A/C Unit –An 8,000 BTU Air conditioning unit with heat pump 115 Volt and A/C Cage is included in each office kit. Up grades to 12,000 BTU with heat pump or a Bard 1 Ton with heat pump is available.

CONTAINER SECUREWALL PARTITION The non-load bearing wall divider is manufactured in 20" wide section that locks together without the use of exposed screws. It is installed vertically to minimize dust. This 26 gauge wall is much more economical

than sheet rock or wooded studs while it still provides the necessary level of security you come to expect in a

BUILT RITE INDUSTRIES has developed a tool that is essential for all container operators and handlers. The Container Leveler solves uneven ground problems. It is a must for the ease of leveling containers that are set on uneven ground. This is the most common issue for racking of container doors and the rocking of a unit when set into the desired location. The Leveler is made of 1/2” thick steel

plate and designed to fit into any part of the bottom corner castings by using a twistlock head. The head allows for the pin to be secured into place. A 12—20 ton bottle jack is used to lift the container off the ground. Shims can be put into place to prevent the racking of the container when set back into place. The Leveler is easy to use, compact and efficient. The best tool for container handlers.
