Ingredients Cut along line Page 1 Page 2 Lager cheese spread Directions 1. Mix all ingredients, except beer. Add enough Yuengling® Lager to make a mixture of spreading consistency, about a ½ cup. 2. Turn into a 3-cup mold. Pack firmly. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight. 3. Unmold. Before serving, roll cheese in chopped nuts (optional). 4. Lager cheese spreadDirections1. Mix all ingredients, except beer. Add enough Yuengling® Lager to make a mixture of spreading consistency, about a ½ cup.
