Search will allow you to search all products across all catalogs.

When you click on a catalog, your products will be displayed in the center of the screen. You will also see the name of the catalog displayed at the top.

You will be able to toggle between Storefront and Tabular View, depending upon your preference for viewing your products.

From the catalog, you will be able to see Available Inventory, Order Quantities available, Package Quantities and Package Price.

There are three different types of products to order; warehoused, print-on-demand and variable print.

Warehoused products will display an Available Inventory in packages.

Print on Demand products will display zero Available Inventory for non-customizable products and N/A for customizable.

To order a warehoused or print-on-demand product, simply select your quantity and click Add.

To order a variable print product, you must click Customize and fill in the required data to customize your product.

After you click Customize, you will be taken to the customization screen for the product.

Select the preloaded data from the dropdown, or if you have permission, select Add New from the dropdown.

You must click Update. If you do not click Update, an error will be generated.

You must click the proof link and check the approval box before you can add the product to your cart.

As soon as you have added a product to your cart, you can quickly view your items by clicking Expand. You can make the window small again by clicking Shrink.

When you are done adding items to your cart, click Proceed to Checkout.

Once in the Cart, you can change your order quantity, remove items or edit your variable print items. To proceed, click Continue Checkout.

Select your Shipping Destination and enter the Attention To field and optional Delivery Instructions. Select your available Delivery Option and click Continue Checkout.

Carefully review your order. If you need to make changes, please do so now. If everything is correct, click Place This Order Now.
