SPECIFICATIONS Pricing may vary according to application design & quantity ordered. Each order will be quoted upon request. Set-up charges apply on all application design. Set-up charges may vary according to colors and size of design (generally between $55.00 & $200.00 per design). Set-up charges do not apply on reorder of identical design, regardless

of items in order. Art-work or logo must be photo-ready. Logo creation & art-work design available upon request (generally $65.00 per Hr. Minimum). First production proof must be approved prior to production launching. Purchase order must be presented for each and every order.
