System EnhancementsThe MFMP team has updated the state term contract (STC) auto-add functionality in Sourcing.
Sourcing auto-add functionality identifies vendors that may be randomly selected based on the service being requested in the eQuote and the number of vendors awarded on the contract.
Number of Awarded Vendors on the Contract
Number of Vendors Auto-Added by Sourcing
25 or fewer All vendors awarded to provide the service being solicited.
More than 25 At least 25 based on the service being solicited.
MFMP recommends creating a new eQuote for each service being solicited as each eQuote may only have one service.
Visit the eQuote Templates for State Term contracts web page to learn more about these time saving eQuote templates and to access the updated eQuote Templates for STCs Job Aid.
