Clever use of customer databonVito stores every purchase made with the card, thus
collecting valuable data about your customer. Demo-
graphic and behaviour-oriented customer filters serve
for segmenting the customer list and selecting specific
customers for targeted marketing campaigns.
Coupons sent on basis of this customer data are the ideal
means for rewarding customer loyalty, increasing cus-
tomer retention and sales or even for reactivating pas-
sive customers. For example, only those customers can
be selected for a promotion, who were inactive for more
than four weeks. Or you can surprise loyal customers
with an annual birthday coupon.
The coupons are also an ideal means for increasing the
visitor frequency at times characterized by low sales.
You don’t have enough guests on Monday? Then why not
send them coupons that grant a 10 % discount on all main
courses on Monday. No matter what you are aiming at:
The direct address of customers from your list minimizes
the wastage of your marketing promotions.
Coupons via e-mail or text messageWhen creating a CRM campaign you can select between
a percentage discount, a free product, a credit amount
or a new fixed price. Only those customers can receive
coupons, who registered with a customer card or via the
bonVito app and are thus listed. Your customer is not
sent a barcode or similar item in the e-mail or text mes-
sage, eliminating the need for special receiving devices.
The customer card or the individual code of the bonVito
app is all that’s required to redeem the coupons, as all
coupon promotions are saved. The system automatically
grants the discount offered by e-mail or text message
when the card is read in.
Examples for campaigns:
• “Visit us next Wednesday and receive a free cup of cof-
fee.” (Addressed e.g. to customers who were inactive
for more than four weeks and are to be reactivated.)
• “20 % off all haircuts on Tuesday.” (Addressed e.g. to
customers who visited you for the first time, to reward
them and make them return)
• “At the weekend: Every roll for 25 cent.”
• “10 % off all sorts of bread on Friday.”

placeholders you can even personalize the messages!
For targeted campaigns without wastage you can select your
customers, e.g. by demographic criteria or sales volume.
