A lead shall be assigned to a single LA and hence will be cross referenced to the LA code and the Branch under which LA reports.(exhibit-2)• Track : Progress of Leads may be tracked for contacts made or scheduled :
• The Loan Advisor may update the Lead data either while viewing their Daily Activity Report (see exhibit 3 & 4)or by directly searching by name and accessing the individual Lead record
• The updation typically would be :• Action Update & Scheduling – Add ‘action remark’ and select ‘Next Action’ & date• Update the Stages of lead – and its movement between :
• Raw Lead• Uncontactable• Not Interested• Ineligible• Qualified• Qualified – Docs Issue• Converted
• Update ‘Estimated Loan need’
• ( Ph-2 : The movement of lead between various ‘ Status’ ( as mentioned above should be held in a time stamped history – in case the ABM or BM needs to validate the contact history.)
• The Loan Advisor will contact the lead and will change the status to either • ‘Contact unsuccessful’ or ‘Qualified’ or ‘not interested’.
• Once the status of the Lead is converted to “Qualified”, the LA will continue to follow up the lead and update its ‘Potential’ as well as the “status’. This stage ends when the application is filled or when the Lead is declared as ‘not interested’ or ‘Ineligible’ or ’Converted’.

When clicking on drafting an application, system will popup a form asking for the type of customer in order to confirm whether the customer is “Existing Customer” of Aye Finance or “New Customer”.
Case 1: New Customer: System navigates the user to directly start inputting details from scratch. Format follows next slide.Case 2: Existing Customer: System will provide functionality to search ( Dedupe) the existing customer through certain fields.
