The  server  is  responsible  for  keeping  track  of  each  request  it  receives  and  sending  back  the  

appropriate  product  info.  

The  results  will  be  displayed  for  the  user  to  see.  

The  users  can  search  by  wavelength  or  by  a  set  of  parameters   The  web  client  uses  the  PDF  

extractor  to  determine  the  key  values  of  a  product  (size,  

power,  wavelength,  etc.).  The  web  client  then  stores  the  file  in  the  database  using  these  values  as  labels.  When  a  user  submits  a  search  these  labels  are  used  to  check  if  a  file  is  

matches  what  the  user  wants.
