One of our value added services ispowder coating. It is available in a varietyof colors, including custom color matching.The powder coat finish will not fade, chip,scratch or show drip marks, which resultsin a smooth, long-lasting surface.
A custom color of powder is sprayedonto the parts. The parts are then placedin the oven where the powder is “baked”onto the metal.
Our new AKS 24 ft. long, high-definition plasmacutting table allows high volume shape cutting ofstainless steel and mild steel sheets.
Our Robotic welding cellenables us to produce highvolume parts with precision.
Assembly, as a secondary operation,is also available. We provide wire feedwelding for stainless and carbon steelmaterials. Other secondary optionsinclude galvanizing and packaging.
