construction management industry and 33+ years of overall management expertise. GBC is a semi-customer home builder in S.W. Florida. GBC has developed a new system built on providing customers with exceptional one-on-one service, the best prices, quick completion times, experienced management, flexible home designs and attention to detail that even million dollar home builders do not provide. GBC uses superior materials, quality construction techniques and selects only trade partners who share our philosophy of quality and excellence. HOW DID WE START• The original company started as a residential framing

subcontractor, providing roof and interior framing to many builders in S.W. Florida. Mr. Giresi purchased the business in 2005 and quickly started to develop a plan for the future. In 2006, he expanded and became a shell-contractor providing concrete, roof framing, interior framing, drywall, stucco, paint, trim and window installation for both residential and commercial contractors. Now it is our turn, and we are excited about being our own builders.

He has an MBA in Business & Finance and a B.S. undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business & Economics. Mr. Giresi spent most of his career with fortune 500 companies in NYC, (i.e.; Citibank, The Hertz Corp, Colorforms, MobileComm, and most recently was president of K&B Custom Home Builders) subcontracting business.
