Chlorine Feed System - Municipal Application
Continuous pH System-Skid Mounted
With over 65 years experience in the industry,
Ryan Herco Flow Solutions designs and builds high quality,
custom systems for chemical feed, pH neutralization and
water and wastewater treatment applications. Our
RHFS-Panner systems are designed and built from the
ground up to specifically match the needs of your process.
Our highly trained engineers will work with you to evaluate
your application parameters and design a system with the
right components to reliably and safely handle the toughest of
chemicals. Whether you need the flexibility of a batch system
to handle intermittent flows or a continuous processing
system, you can rest assured that the professionals at Panner
will deliver the value you need at a competitive price.
EASY, HASSLE FREENo matter which type of system you need, our easy to install
modular units can be placed into service by hand or with a
forklift, leaving you to simply make one electrical connection
to the control panel and then connecting the inlet and outlet
plumbing. Your processing system will be ready to go,
providing you reliable, trouble-free operation and giving you
peace of mind knowing that your process is safely handled.
Our expertise falls into three broad categories - Chemical
Feed systems, pH Neutralization, and Water & Wastewater
Treatment, each of which uses components from the world-
class manufacturers that you know and trust. Not looking for
one of these types? No problem – our engineers have
designed countless systems and will work with you to
specify the right system for your needs no matter its nature
or complexity. We will provide detailed drawings for your
approval prior to the start of manufacturing.

Batch pH Neutralization System - Skid Mounted
Chemical Mixing and Transfer System
pH Neutralization System on Containment Skid
RHFS-Panner batch pH neutralization systems collect your
intermittent flows of waste water and store it for a period of
time while quickly and efficiently bringing the pH value to
within the proper range by the controlled addition of either
acid or caustic. You can rest assured that upon discharge
into the sewer your effluent will be in the range you select.
Carefully designed and manufactured to address your
specific application needs, our batch neutralization systems
give you the peace of mind to know that your critical waste
processes are being properly handled and, if required,
recorded.
RHFS-Panner neutralization systems are built from high
quality components from the manufacturers you know and
trust. Typical system components include:
• Linear HDPE skids
• Linear HDPE or fiberglass process tank
• Fittings for inlet, outlet, level control, pH, chemical addition and mixer
• Control enclosures that are NEMA 4X rated FRP containing a pH controller and mixer switch
• Metering pumps for acid/caustic addition
• An electric propeller style or pump driven mixing system using eductors, depending on the size of the tank
• pH probe and pre-amplifier submerged in the process tank
• Level control (either non-contact continuous or contact switches)
• Electrically-actuated inlet and outlet valves
Features
• Easy installation: skid mount systems can be installed with a forklift. Make one electrical connection and plumb to the inlet and outlet to get started!
• Variable input: wastewater pH can vary over time as the system stores and equalizes before treatment.
• Flexibility: system can handle intermittently generated wastewater since it stores it before neutralizing.
• Interchangeability: storage tanks, mixers, and transferpumps already in place can easily be incorporated into the system.
• Options: data-logging, alarms and compliance confirmation can be incorporated into the system.

pH Adjustment System with aRecirculation Pump Mixer
RHFS-Panner continuous pH neutralization systems
begin with a large reservoir of neutral liquid. The system
continuously monitors the pH value of the treatment tank as your
wastewater is added, maintaining the pH level within the target
range through the addition of acid or caustic. The effluent that
flows out of the drain will be within the desired range and can be
safely routed into the sewer. Careful attention to the parameters
of your process application ensures that we will design your
continuous neutralization system to safely, properly handle your
process wastewater and, if required, record the results.
RHFS-Panner neutralization systems are built from high quality
components from the manufacturers you know and trust. Typical
system components include:
• Linear HDPE skids
• Linear HDPE or fiberglass process tank
• Fittings for inlet, outlet, level control, pH, chemical addition and mixer
• Control enclosures that are NEMA 4X rated FRP containing a pH controller and mixer switch
• Acid and/or caustic tanks
• Metering pumps for acid/caustic as required
• An electric propeller style or pump driven mixing system using eductors, depending on the size of the tank
• pH probe and pre-amplifier submerged in the tank
A wide variety of options are available to customize your
RHFS-Panner continuous pH neutralization system to match your
exact application. Contact one of our Service Centers for more
information.
Features
• Easy installation: skid mount systems can be installed with a forklift. Make one electrical connection and plumb to the inlet and outlet to get started!
• Flexibility: because the system begins with a large reservioir of neutralized water, the pH of the incoming waste can change and not overtly affect the treatment process.
• Interchangeability: storage tanks, mixers, and transfer pumps already in place can easily be incorporated into the system.
• Cost Effective: continuous systems avoid the need for level sensing and actuated valving normally required in batch systems.
• Options: data-logging, alarms and compliance confirmation can be incorporated in the system.
