THE JOBSITE SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN A CLEAN, ORDERLY CONDITIONFREE OF DEBRIS AND LITTER, AND SHALL NOT BEUNREASONABLY ENCUMBERED WITH ANY MATERIALS OREQUIPMENT. EACH SUBCONTRACTOR IMMEDIATELY UPONCOMPLETION OF EACH PHASE OF HIS/HER WORK SHALLREMOVE ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS AS A RESULT OF HIS/HEROPERATION.

7. ALL MATERIALS STORED ON THE SITE SHALL BE PROPERLYSTACKED AND PROTECTED TO PREVENT DAMAGE ANDDETERIORATION UNTIL USE. FAILURE TO PROTECTMATERIALS MAY BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF WORK.

8. PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY BLOCKING, BACKING ANDFRAMING FOR LIGHT FIXTURES, ELECTRICAL UNITS, PANELSHVAC EQUIPMENT AND ALL OTHER ITEMS REQUIRING SAME.

9. ALL MATERIALS SHALL BE HANDLED AND INSTALLED PERTHE MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS ANDRECOMMENDATIONS

10. STORAGE & DISPENSING OR USE OF ANY FLAMMABLE ORCOMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS, FLAMMABLE GASES ANDHAZARDOUS CHEMICALS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE UNIFORMFIRE CODE REGULATIONS.

11. NO MATERIALS SHALL BE STORED ON PUBLIC PROPERTYUNLESS AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT IS FIRST OBTAINEDFROM THE PUBLIC WORK DEPARTMENT.

12. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL DO ALL CUTTING, FITTING, ORPATCHING OF HIS/HER WORK THAT MAY BE REQUIRED TOMAKE ITS SEVERAL PARTS FIT TOGETHER PROPERLY ANDSHALL NOT ENDANGER ANY OTHER WORK BY CUTTING,EXCAVATING, OR OTHERWISE ALTERING THE TOTAL WORKOR ANY PART OF IT. ALL PATCHING, REPAIRING, ANDREPLACING OF MATERIALS AND SURFACES, CUT ORDAMAGED IN EXECUTION OF WORK, SHALL BE DONE WITHAPPLICABLE MATERIALS SO THAT SURFACES REPLACEDWILL UPON COMPLETION MATCH SURROUNDING SIMILARSURFACES.

13. SHOP DRAWINGS: SHOP DRAWINGS ARE AN AID FORFIELD PLACEMENT AND ARE SUPERSEDED BY THEARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS. IT SHALL BE THERESPONSIBILITY OF THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO MAKECERTAIN THAT ALL CONSTRUCTION IS IN FULL AGREEMENTWITH THE LATEST ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS.
