• Nomination Process• 20+ student endorsement form• 150 word platform• Photo (150 x 200, .jpg)• Signed candidates agreement

• Attend All Candidates Meeting (Jan 23, 6:30pm)• Deadline for nomination material• 30 minutes late = disqualification

• Attend All Candidates Forum (Jan 29 & 30)• 30 minutes late = disqualification

Electoral Policy

• Campaign• $25 Reimbursement (non professional labour, design, materials)• Absolute campaign spending limit of $250 • Poster requires Committee member approval (stamped)• No leaflet or pamphlet distribution• Speeches before or after class and with prof permission (60secs)• Can not party/slate with other candidates • 1 week after voting closes to remove material

• Voting (Jan 30 – Feb 1)• No promotional material or candidate near polling booth• Only BCom students can vote via VISTA
