Institute for Work & Health,Toronto,Ontario,Canada.Collabrated to produce the Malay translation of the of the DASH(Disabilities of the Arm,Shoulder and Hand which is a 30­item, self­report questionnaire designed to measure physical function and symptoms in patients with any or several musculoskeletal disorders of the upper limb.Currently available on the institutes’s web site.A total of 2 scoring systems were translated into the Malay language. 2. Birmingham Hand Centre,Birmingham,Westmidlands, United Kingdom. In collaboration with a team of 4 surgeons we conducted a workshop on Internal Fixation of hand fractures conducted at the orthopaedics laboratory, Faculty of Medicine & Health Science. They also contributed by participating in the national level Malaysian Comprehensive Hand Review Course which was conducted at the Faculty of Medicine & Health Science.

3. Ganga Hospital ,Coimbatore,India.Went for attachment May –June 2013. Discussions have been made to send our future Masters in orthopaedic Surgery students there for attachment there .Collaborative work on treatment of complex cerebral palsy and brachial plexus cases.

4. Department of Hand& Peripheral Nerve Surgery, Royal Northshore Hospital, Sydney, Australia. I did a 6 month fellowship in Hand & Microsurgery. (Oct 2006­March 2007). Contributed our local data and combined with their data, we published a paper Manohar A, Beard A.J,. Outcome of Reconstruction for Duplication of the Thumb In Adults aged over 40.
