Hereinafter known as the Advertiser, and advertise in Currents magazine within a period of 12 months.

Ending Date: _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

For this commitment, Rust Communications agrees to extend the following rates for the life of the agreement:

CURRENTS ADVERTISING AGREEMENT 2015

Advertiser acknowledges that content and materials submitted to Cur-rents by the Advertiser do not violate any copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights. By adding content to Currents, the Advertiser is representing that they are the owner of the material, or are making the submissions with the explicit consent of the owner.

Should the advertiser not complete this agreement, by early cancellation and/or failure to meet payment terms, their Currents privileges will be revoked immediately and any rate charged and the open rate (“short rate”) for the volume of advertising actually used and paid for. In such event, Ad-vertiser must reimburse Currents for the short-term rate within ten days of the invoice therefore and Advertiser will thereafter pay for advertising at the open rate.

Upon receipt of an advertising invoice, Advertiser agrees to pay for the entire balance due before the end of the following month. Advertiser has received, understands and accepts all terms, conditions and requirements. No oral agreement will be recognized. The rates, rights and privileges of the Advertiser may not be transferred or assigned to another business or advertising group.
