Key Numbers 97.07% Test Average Convergence/ 100% for 18 of 26 Test Hours. On Day One, zonal-nodal mismatches caused convergence to dip
below to 87% for Hour Ending (HE) 1300 and 85% for HE 1400. A convergence of 100% was achieved during 7 of 9 test hours.
On Day Two, zonal-nodal mismatches caused convergence to hover at 92% for the morning hours, followed by a convergence rate of 100% for each of the six consecutive hours remaining in the test day.
On Day Three, a failover of the Energy Management System (EMS) was required during HE 1100 to accommodate a database load to bring new model updates online. As a result, one test hour was excluded from the test results, and the average convergence rate for the overall test was calculated over 26 test hours rather than the 27 hours originally scheduled.
The convergence percentages for FIT III Wk 7 were the highest yet recorded for the FIT III series, with the rounded daily percentages all hitting the 97% Stated Estimator performance standard.

FIT III, Week 7 – State Estimator
Lead from the frontTexas Nodal
Key Numbers 88.62% Test Average Convergence; 100% for 10 of 27 Test Hours; majority
of issues attributed to zonal-nodal mismatches. On Day One, the convergence rate for Hour Ending (HE) 0900 dipped to 55%
owing to one ICCP link being down. Multiple manual replacements were made during HE 1000 and HE 1400 to address a disconnect issue and generation units coming online—convergence rates during these hours dipped to 85% and 71% respectively. Convergence rates achieved 92% or higher for the remaining six test hours for the day.
On Day Two, the convergence rate for HE 1400 dipped to 54% owing to two ICCP links being down. Multiple manual replacements were made during HE 1500 to address a disconnect issue and zonal-nodal mismatches. Convergence rates achieved 92% or higher for the remaining seven test hours for the day.
On Day Three, the convergence rate for HE 1500 dipped to 80% owing to multiple manual replacements being made to address zonal-nodal mismatches. Convergence rates achieved 92% or higher for the remaining eight test hours for the day.

Telemetry Reporting – Observability Dashboard
The number of unobservable buses in the system with all pseudo measurement removed.
The number of current unobservable buses in the system that have a load at the station where
telemetry is required to make the bus observable.
Buses that are unobservable due to a PUN load at the station.
If a number other then 0 is in column B, then there is missing telemetry which requires Market Participant Corrective Action.
