CURRENT RISK ISSUES SEMINARFIRMA is pleased to sponsor a one day Current Risk Issues Seminar in New York, on October12, 2012. This seminar features lectures from recognized industry experts and topicsspecifically covering current fiduciary risk issues. The program content is designed to benefitrisk management professionals at all skill levels, including fiduciary risk managers andexecutives, as well as audit managers and fiduciary compliance professionals. This programwill provide eight (8) continuing education hours.

Our full day program will begin with Nanna Goodfellow, National Bank Examiner with theOffice of the Comptroller of the Currency in New York. Nanna will provide an update onOCC initiatives and current examination criticisms in bank fiduciary activities.

Following Nanna, we welcome MacNeil Chestnut, Special Deputy Attorney General, NCDepartment of Justice in Raleigh, NC. Mac will provide an update on current fiduciarylitigation cases and how they will impact account administration and risk.

We will end the morning with Phoebe Papageorgiou, Counsel for the ABA’s Regulatory andTrust Affairs Office in Washington, DC. Phoebe will provide an update on the current trustlegislative issues in Washington affecting the trust industry.

After lunch, we welcome back Roberta Ufford, with the Groom Law Group in Washington,DC. Roberta will provide a valuable update on current ERISA issues.

Following Roberta, we welcome Marty Lybecker, Partner, Perkins Coie Law Group inWashington, DC. Marty will lead a discussion and attendees will learn about establishingfiduciary standards in investment advisory and broker/ dealer activities.

We conclude our program with Don Rabon. Don is an internationally known expert andspeaker in the field of interview and interrogation forensics. Attendees will learn new toolswhen working and corresponding with the younger “Me” generation.

The program skill level for this seminar is rated “Intermediate.” Please refer to the “Registration Information” section of this brochure forthe educational and/or advance prerequisites for this seminar.
