With activities for families, kids, teens, adults; Jean-Michel Cousteau’s Ambassadors of the Environment introduces guests to the natural wonders and rich cultural traditions of the Cayman Islands. Our expert Naturalists guide you on fun and immersive eco-tours including snorkeling among coral reefs, kayaking through our mangrove forest, looking through our powerful telescope at the night sky, or any of our amazing kids activities. The island’s ecological resources become a natural classroom and living laboratory in which our guests learn while having fun at the same time. Through exploration, our guests will have meaningful experiences that help impart an appreciation and respect for nature, as well as an understanding of how to live more environmentally responsible lives. WITH AMBASSADORS OF THE ENVIRONMENT: Explore safely with information, instruction, and supervision provided by our team of experts. Experience the service you expect from any Lady or Gentleman of the Ritz-Carlton throughout your tour. Visit our Retail Shop from 8:30am—4:30pm Monday — Saturday for active wear, reef safe sunscreen, rashguards, Corkcicle insulated bottles and cups, dry-bags, toys, books, and more… Ask us about hosting a party at the Starfish Cay Waterpark! Extended Supervision Extended hours of supervision may be available upon request for young participants for $25KYD per hour. Lunch and/or dinner can be provided for an additional charge per person. Program Requirements Children must be at least 4 years old and bathroom independent at time of activity. Proof of age may be required upon first activity. For youth and adult activities any children under 10 must have adult accompaniment. Current Activity Offerings
Retail Shop and Coordinator Desk hours of operation: Thurs—Sun from 8:30am — 4:30pm
To best serve our guests, Ambassadors of the Environment activities will be offered by advance request, subject
to availability. We are currently only running one activity at a time, decided on a first come first serve basis.
Please contact us at your earliest convenience to better ensure that we can accommodate your desired activity
at your preferred time and date.
Daytime Activities: Available 9am—12pm and 1:30pm—4:30pm
