Lease: Legacy option, only for 7th graders.

BYOD: iPad must be at least an iPad Air 1, (prefer min. 32GB although 16GB will work), updated to at least iOS 11.Advantages: Use an iPad you already have at no additional cost. Install additional apps and content, use Family Sharing, manage restrictions, keep device year-round.

Optional check-in, check-out

ProcessStudent will pick up iPad every morning from the lockers in the library, with enough time to get to class on time.

Student will keep iPad with them during the school day.

Student will drop off iPad at lockers in the library every afternoon, no more than 10 minutes after the final bell.

Student will be responsible for checking-in and checking-out; staff will not be chasing after students.

When needed, the school administration will partner with families to utilize a check-in, check-out system.

Workflow RequirementsPrior to leaving iPad at school, student should upload work to their CUSD Google Drive account.

Student needs to be able to access CUSD Google Drive account from home (internet is needed).

Before returning to school, upload any work done at home to CUSD Google Drive account.

If using a Apple device at home, utilize iCloud sharing to sync school iPad and home device.

Attendance at a deployment session is essential.Parent and child attend one session together.
