Dear friends of VAPF,
November arrived and with it the 5th
edition of the Cumbre del Sol Residential
Resort newsletter. It has been 5 months
since our last edition, and we have a lot of
interesting news to share with you all.
We have had an intense summer with
activities, events and fiestas which have
allowed us to get together and know
each other better. We have also had
fun, done sport and enjoyed ourselves
together at the Cumbre del Sol
Residential Resort.
As for our news, we haven’t stopped
working at VAPF, to continue offering
attractive and quality projects to our
property owners and for them to be the
first to receive this information. We are
showing the new phase of Montecala
Gardens apartments for the first time. New
villas in Jazmines Residential area, and
shortly we will welcome the new owners of
block B Blue Infinity to the Cumbre del Sol
Residential Resort.
Via our newsletter you will be able to
discover all the new activities that are
taking place in the Resort, as well as the
new sales promotions and the surprises
that we are preparing to see off 2019 and
welcome in 2020. We invite you to read the

The Belgian party at the Cumbre del Sol Residential
Resort is a renowned date on the agenda for our Belgian
residents as well as for the Belgian community in the
Costa Blanca. Each year there are more people who
decide to celebrate this day on the Cumbre del Sol. This
fact makes us proud and make us improve and surprise
the attendees year after year.
We will be waiting for you!
This third occasion left us with great moments, one of
which we must mention was the event on the stage
erected in our pool, of our traditional but always
successful photo call, the raffle, music and of course our
residents wanting to enjoy themselves who made of this
date a wonderful party. We are already working to
surprise you in 2020.
La fiesta belga del Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol es
una cita destacada en la agenda, tanto de nuestros
vecinos belgas como de la comunidad belga de la
Costa Blanca, cada año son más los que deciden
celebrar este día en Cumbre del Sol, dato que nos
enorgullece y nos empuja a mejorar y sorprender a los
asistentes año tras año.
Esta tercera edición nos dejó grandes momentos, entre
los que no podemos dejar de mencionar las actuacio-
nes en el escenario montado para la ocasión dentro de
la piscina, nuestro ya tradicional pero siempre exitoso
photocall, la rifa, la música, y por supuesto, la presencia
y las ganas de divertirse de nuestros vecinos, que
hicieron de esta cita una súper fiesta. Ya estamos
trabajando para poder sorprenderos en 2020.

On 23rd June, we celebrated the San Juan Fiesta
together with the residents of the Cumbre del Sol
Residential Resort.
Besides fulfilling the tradition, La Cumbre restaurant
captivated us with an excellent meal, and we were able to
dance the night away and chat to our neighbours and
friends. An evening which has become a regular date on
our social calendar and which we wish to celebrate with
you in 2020.
A magical fiesta in which the purifying element of fire on
this night was the protagonist and allowed us to perform
the ritual of San Juan, asking for wishes and burning all
that we wish to eliminate from our lives.
El pasado 23 de junio celebramos junto a los vecinos
del Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol la fiesta de San
Juan.
Una fiesta mágica en la que el fuego, elemento
purificador en esta noche, fue el protagonista y nos
permitió realizar el Ritual de San Juan, pedir nuestros
deseos y quemar todo lo que deseamos eliminar de
nuestras vidas.
Además de cumplir con la tradición, en el Restaurante
La Cumbre nos deleitaron con una exquisita cena, y
pudimos alargar la noche bailando y conversando con
nuestros vecinos y amigos. Una fiesta que se ha
convertido en una cita fija de nuestro calendario social
y que deseamos volver a celebrar con vosotros en 2020.

The celebration of the third Classic Car Rally, which was
held on 24th August, pleasantly surprised us. 140 people
participated, including residents of the Cumbre del Sol
Residential Resort and members of the classic car club of
Benissa, “Vehícles Histórics La Marina".
This event inspires us and makes us work towards
increasing the number of fiestas and events at the social
club at Cumbre del Sol.
We would like to take advantage of this newsletter to
thank the members of the club “Vehícles Histórics La
Marina", for sharing the beauty of the cars and choosing
the Cumbre del Sol Residential Resort to celebrate their
summer dinner. Moreover, they provided us with many
ideas and enthusiasm to repeat this event in 2020. We
would be delighted to count on you!
Una gran acogida que nos ilusiona y que nos hace
seguir trabajando en ampliar las fiestas y eventos del
calendario social de Cumbre del Sol.
Queremos aprovechar este newsletter para dar las
gracias a los miembros del club "Vehícles Histórics La
Marina", por compartir con todos nosotros la belleza
de sus coches y elegir el Residential Resort Cumbre del
Sol para celebrar su cena de verano, además nos
aportaron muchas ideas e ilusión para poder repetir
esta concentración en 2020, estaremos encantados de

La celebración del Tercer Rally de Coches Clásicos que
tuvo lugar el pasado 24 de agosto nos sorprendió
gratamente, contamos con la asistencia de 140
personas , entre vecinos del Residential Resort Cumbre
del Sol y miembros del club de coches clásicos de
Benissa "Vehícles Histórics La Marina".

Tennis and paddle at the Cumbre del Sol Residential
Resort are 2 of the sports which are most liked by our
property owners. For this reason, VAPF wished to
sponsor 2 tournaments during this summer, helping to
increase the sporting activities at the resort.
Two tournaments had an added attraction- they
were held during the evening, allowing us to enjoy
the sport during the summer evenings.
At VAPF, we work daily so Cumbre del Sol has more and
better sport facilities to ensure that our property owners
can enjoy it. Currently we have 4 tennis courts, 2 of which
are clay courts and 2 paddle courts with a bar as a
meeting point “to make you feel at home” (for bookings
call 639771035).
The sport complex is managed by the Dylan Mary Tennis
Academy (634 307 042) which offers more activities each
day to the residents of Cumbre del Sol Residential Resort.
El tenis y el pádel en el Residential Resort Cumbre del
Sol son dos de las actividades deportivas que más les
gusta practicar a nuestros propietarios, por ello desde
VAPF hemos querido patrociniar dos torneos durante
este verano, contribuyendo a incrementar las activida-
des deportivas en el resort.
Dos torneos que en esta ocasión tuvieron un
aliciente extra, fueron semi-nocturnos, pudiendo
así disfrutar del deporte durante las noches de
verano.
El complejo deportivo está gestionado por Dylan Mary
Tennis Academy (634 307 042) que cada día ofrece más
actividades a los vecinos del Residential Resort Cumbre
del Sol.
Desde VAPF trabajamos cada día para que Cumbre del
Sol cuente con más y mejores instalaciones deportivas,

En el Grupo VAPF colaboramos en la difusión de la cultura propia y patrocinamos eventos deportivos dentro de nuestra visión del deporte como vehículo de cohesión y desarrollo social, que permite interiorizar valores como el respeto y la importancia del esfuerzo.
En 2019, hemos continuado fomentando el orgullo de pertenencia al grupo entre nuestros empleados, mediante la creación de empleo estable para reducir la incertidumbre laboral, la facilitación de jornadas laborales reducidas, la formación continua, la igualdad salarial o la reciente firma del convenio entre Grupo VAPF y el Colegio Internacional Lady Elizabeth School.

In 2019, we have continued to promote the pride of group membership for our employees through the creation of stable employment to reduce job uncertainty, to help reduce the workday, through continuous training, wage equality and through the recent signing of the agreement between Grupo VAPF and the International Lady Elizabeth School.
At Grupo VAPF we collaborate in the spread of our own culture and sponsor sporting events as a means to creating and social development which helps to assimilate values such as respect and the importance of effort.
One of our favourite areas we have and to which we try to allocate more economic resources every year, is the collaboration with NGOs and disadvantaged groups.
Once again, from the area of Corporate Social Responsibility of Grupo Vapf, we continue working actively to improve the socio-economic system of the communities we work with.

The outdoor areas are of utmost importance. The main
terrace has a porch, swimming pool and a lot of space to

Una de las sorpresas más gratas de este verano ha sido la
visita de Robin Söderling a la Academia de Tennis Dylan
Mary en la zona deportiva del Residential Resort Cumbre
del Sol.
Robin Söderling es un exjugador de tenis profesional,
nacido en Suecia, conocido por haber alcanzado la final de
Roland Garros en 2009 y 2010, contra Roger Federer y
Rafael Nadal, respectivamente, llegando a posicionarse 4ª
en el ranking ATP, un maestro del tenis.
Disfrutamos de una gran fiesta del tenis en Residential
Resort Cumbre del Sol, con castillos hinchables y talleres de
pinta caras para niños, chucherías y música. Además de rifa
a beneficio de la protectora de animales Akira con regalos
cortesía de VAPF, partidos de tenis de exhibición con
jugadores profesionales, y como no, sesión de autógrafos y
la oportunidad de ver jugar y pelotear en directo con un

One of the most pleasant surprises this summer was the visit

sports area at the Cumbre del Sol Residential Resort.
Robin Söderling is an ex professional tennis player, from
Sweden. He is known for reaching the final of Roland Garros
in 2009 and 2010 against Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal
respectively. He reached the 4th position of the ATP ranking, a
tennis master.
We enjoyed a great tennis celebration at the Cumbre del Sol
Residential Resort with bouncy castles for the children, face
painting workshops, sweets and music. Also a raffle for the
dog sanctuary Akira, with gifts courtesy of VAPF, exhibition
tennis matches with professional players, and ,of course, an
autograph session and the opportunity to see a master
playing live. We thank Robin Söderling for his visit and Dylan’s
academy for all the work that was put into this.
