Political Events• Political-in the 1930’s people was scared because

of the depression, so people did what they could to make their lives happy. Movies an game boards was very popular. Peoples also gathered around to listen to the Yankees.

Games • The 1930s were a time of economic hardship during the

Great Depression that was a result of the 1929 stock market crash. As a result, many simple games were created that were affordable for kids and adults. These games kept entertainment cheap and something that almost anybody could do despite having little money. These games are still played by some people today.
