India has a very rich and diverse culture with a civilizationalheritage of more than 5000 years. Variety is the hallmark of

Indian culture

The culture of India refers to the religions, beliefs, customs,

traditions, languages, ceremonies, arts, values and the way of

life in India and its people

Everyone is shaped by their own culture whether they know

it or not. Our very thoughts and actions are dependent on

our culture

Understanding the culture of India is a key to successful

business relationships

Indias one billion people have descended from a variety of

races

Major Religions-

Hindu 80.5%, Muslim 13.4%, Christian 2.3%, Sikh 1.9%,

other 1.8%, unspecified 0.1%

Major Ethnic Group-
