Roy at the Reversa Clinic, on her innovative Type 2 Diabetes Reversal Program.
Faced with the excitement of this new entrepreneurial project, they are co-

KETOGENIC DIET IN A FEW WORDS
The origins of the ketogenic diet date back to the 1920s. The term '' ketogenic '' refers to ketones (ketones),
which are produced when the body is deprived of carbohydrates. In other words, when the body can not
use carbohydrates as the main source of energy, it degrades fat to create compounds that can be
transported to the brain.

It looks a little like the "Mediterranean diet" with higher intakes of good fats, but which limits carbohydrates
from starchy foods and fruits as much as possible. Processed products are limited to the maximum.
This diet brings many health benefits. Among the most notable are the reversal of insulin resistance, weight
loss, increase and stabilization of the energy level during the day, the end of constant hunger, etc.
