CTC PD and DA modifications - 12 13 Limit size of grocery stores to 45,00 sf or less * * Setbacks allow setback reduction to 10 feet in commercial and industrial zones; current standard for front and street side setbacks in industrial zone is 20 feet Bicycle parking incentive - allow reduction in parking requirement with equivalent bicycle parking allowance per City Code; City Code allows a reduction of one space for every five bicycle spaces (7%) Bicycle parking may be located in minimum landscaped areas (pervious) Extend term of CTC development agreement 25 years (2050) CTC amendments (cont.)
