Each and every member of our coaching staff

has competed at the college level and understands

the commitment it takes to be a student-athlete.

Many of our staff members have coached at the col-

lege level as well. It makes sense to learn

from coaches with experience in achieving the goals

that you aspire to as a player. To date, the Blue Jays

have helped in placing over 300 players in college

programs throughout the country.

Personal Touch

Unlike many other teams, our coaching staffs are

dedicated to ONE team for the course of the sea-

son. That dedication provides a trust and knowledge

of each player. This also helps in identifying each

player’s strengths and areas of development . We

attempt to deliver focused practices that will allow

each player to reach his potential.
