Your Role

Officers at posts abroad, in regional offices and at headquarters have an important role to play in advancing the Government of Canada’s overall CSR agenda.

Trade commissioners are well positioned to liaise with the Canadian business community, learn from their experiences in a particular region and promote the Government of Canada’s approach to CSR. At the same time trade commissioners have an opportunity to communicate Canada’s CSR experience to host governments and identify opportunities for collaboration.
