Supplementary information, Figure S2 Genome-wide analysis of the phylogenetic relationships of

NikM and CbiM proteins.Phylogenetic analysis of CbiM and NikM from different species shows that

they form two distinct subfamilies, with high bootstrap support. Protein sequences are designated by

locus tags, and abbreviations of species names are in parentheses. The maximum-likelihood procedure

with the RtREV+G+F model and 100 bootstrap replicates was used for phylogeny reconstruction.

Numbers at each node in the phylogenetic tree are bootstrap values, and only bootstrap values over

50% are shown. Conserved residues in the partial sequence alignment are shaded in colors.
