One of the best parts about Chanukah is the food, especially the latkes! Emblematic of the oil that miraculously lasted 8 days, latkes are a delicious way to tell the story of Chanukah. Chef Jon Hoffman from Congregation B’nai Amoona will share his recipe for delicious zucchini & squash latkes as we cook together.
