A staff accommodation building will be constructed. Lighting Scheme The Construction Planning Report states that: “…The works will continue during the winter months and general site lighting together with task specific lighting will be required from approximately November to February during the early morning and late afternoon periods. Temporary lighting will be required during all the possessions noted in the possession requirements. This will be directed towards the areas of work.” Construction Design Proposals: Scheme description + Site Diagram Site Description From the lighting receptor’s point of view, outside the boundaries of the site, it is anticipated that the Depot will revert to the baseline condition.
