In 2005 Pastor Young Ha Kim and his wife Margaret began mission work in Seoul, South Korea. After attending Bethany Lutheran Seminary in Mankato and continuing until he received his doctorate, Sung (Samuel) Choi began the Seoul Theological Institute (STI) with the intent of preparing Korean men for the ministry.
