The elevated aspect produces outstanding, far reaching views and is located on the edge of the popular village of Cross Ash with its high ranking primary

school and public house nearby and within easy reach of Monmouth and Abergavenny, the renowned schools and the major road networks.

The house retains a wealth of period features including exposed beams, trusses and floorboards, stained glass windows, original sashed windows with shutters, fireplaces, moulded architraves, skirting boards and panelled and glazed doors. The accommodation is set on three floors with six bedrooms and enjoys well

proportioned rooms throughout. An industrial Hoval oil fired boiler provides central heating to radiators. Original stone cobbled and paved courtyards provideaccess to the outbuildings and the rear boundary has an impressive natural stone high wall.
