In order to fulfill a growing need for comprehensive KRE services, red24 has hand picked an experienced team of highly skilled professionals to comprise its security response team. Led by Jack Cloonan, formerly of Clayton Consultants, the red24 KRE team has been selected for their experience in crisis management, KRE response and negotiation, security management and training, and the implementation of risk mitigation strategies. Team members have been drawn from various fields, including the military, law enforcement and the intelligence services, and each has a minimum of 15 years of experience in crisis handling.

Head of Special Risks, Jack Cloonan

Jack Cloonan, a retired FBI special agent and former president of Clayton Consultants, is the head of Special Risks at red24 and runs the KRE team. He has substantial experience in crisis management, law enforcement and counter-terrorism. He

was the senior case agent on the FBI’s New York Office Bin Laden Squad, and participated in the investigation of, and response to, the bombings at Khobar Towers, the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, the USS Cole and New York’s Twin Towers (9/11). Since entering the commercial arena, Jack has cemented his position as one of the foremost kidnap for ransom experts in the world.

- A senior kidnap and hostage consultant who has worked with several major non-governmental organizations, private companies and governments. He has over 20 years of experience in the United States Marine Corps where he was deployed on many assignments in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia.- A former accredited Hostage Negotiator and Crisis Commander with 20 years of experience in the UK police service. He is multilingual and has worked with a number of public and private clients.
