For over 30 years, the Metro Life Flight Critical Care Symposium has provided educational opportunities for health care professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge base. We are proud of this tradition, which allows emergency care professionals from Northeast Ohio the opportunity to further develop their vocation while networking with their peers.
Metro Life Flight, a national leader in the air medical care industry, provides excellence in critical care transport to patients throughout northern and central Ohio. Since its inception in 1982, Metro Life Flight has safely transported more than 90,000 patients.
Metro Life Flight is different from other programs because of the dynamic composition of our flight team, which consists of a highly trained medical crew and two experienced pilots. Our critical care physicians, acute care nurse practitioners, registered nurses and paramedics consistently provide exemplary medical care throughout all phases of patient transport.
With helicopters at three regional base locations in Lorain, Portage and Wayne counties and a critical care ground ambulance at MetoHealth Medical Center, Metro Life Flight is readily accessible to the communities we serve throughout northern and central Ohio.
Metro Life Flight thanks you for your support and your dedication to the emergency medical profession
