"The applicant alleges that Mr. Arora was formerly an agent/manager of cricketers Harbhajan Singh and Yuvraj Singh. The ombudsman notes that first allegation, of Mr. Arora's former associations with cricketers, cannot be an issue of consideration, and is therefore dismissed outright," an email communication to PTI from the BCCI office of the ombudsman was quoted as stating on Monday (February 29).In his mail to the ombudsman, Gunde had also brought into question Arora's association with the company Final Score Management Pvt. Ltd, claiming the company had a commercial relationship with the BCCI through its tie-ups with the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA). In his reply to the original mail dated February 11, Arora had stated that his wife - Ms. Neha Soni Arora - didn't hold any directorial post at Final Score. Arora also clarified that his mother was no longer a director in the company and that all shares held by them were liquidated in December 2015, before Gunde's letter to the ombudsman.
