Management teamVincenzo Clemente - President & Chief Executive OfficerIn 2011, Clemente founded Cross River Fiber bringing more than 15 years of management, network design, right of way, and construction experience to the company. Prior to launching Cross River Fiber, Clemente was the Director, OSP Design and Construction for Optimum Lightpath where he was instrumental in architecting network solutions to meet the needs of major commercial businesses throughout the New York and New Jersey metro markets. Before joining Optimum Lightpath, Clemente was the VP Operations at 4Connections LLC, a N.J. based CLEC that constructed and operated an independent Dark Fiber network throughout the Garden State.

Michael Sevret - Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy OfficerAs a telecom veteran with a proven track record that spans more than 15 years, Sevret’s sales leadership and executive management experience is intrinsically valuable to his role at Cross River Fiber where he leads the strategic vision and business development functions of the organization. Prior to joining Cross River Fiber, Sevret was the Regional Vice President of Sales for Optimum Lightpath where he lead a team of 35 sales representatives. Prior to joining Optimum Lightpath in 2008, Sevret was the Vice President of Sales and Business Development and a key Executive Principal with 4Connections, LLC. Sevret began his career in the telecom industry with MCI Worldcom in 1999.

James Martini - Chief Financial OfficerMartini brings a wealth of experience to the company previously serving as the CFO of 4Connections where he played an instrumental role in the company’s sale to Optimum Lightpath in 2008. With decades of experience in private accounting practices as well as telecom companies, Martini’s illustrious career brings tremendous insights, accounting leadership skills and strong management experience to his role at Cross River Fiber. Martini began his career as a certified public accountant working for both small and large public accounting firms. In 1984 Martini founded his own accounting practice where he operated a successful business for over twenty years.

Cross River Fiber operates as a regional fiber optic network provider offering high capacity and low latency fiber services to clients across the financial, healthcare, enterprise global content provider and telecommunications carrier verticals across the Greater New Jersey area.

Cross River Fiber owns and operates a unique fiber optic backbone on diverse routes from other regional operators spanning over 200 route miles and 32,300 fiber miles and extending into more than 23 PoPs throughout New Jersey, including financial exchanges, carrier hotels, Enterprise buildings and company-owned wireless infrastructure.

Cross River Fiber maintains 100% ownership and control over all aspects of its optical footprint which spans approximately 795 square miles in more than 75 municipalities and nine counties. The Company continues to construct a wholly owned, diverse, and unique fiber optic backbone.
