Work with all senses - Space to move - Inviting open door - Too attentive salesperson or no help - Effects mood - Clean vs. messy - Range of colours - no drinks or food - Crowed vs. only customer vs. right amount of customers present - hardly ever stand in front of a shop from a distance & watch - cashier at exit - clothes have to pull out in order to see - diverse setting with the same goal - never notice height of sales rooms - organized vs. unstructured - paper vs. plastic bags - (warm) white lighting - many of one product vs. one sample on display - hardly any product touch the actual ground - carpet free zone - white or dark wooden interior - not making use of the ceilings and floors - window could be used in a different way (3D), how says the products have to be displayed in the windows? - Why the preference for lighting signs (its mostly light outside when the shops are open)? - No automatic cash system yet
