CREATIVITY?
The act of turning new and imaginative ideas intoreality
Involves two processes;
Thinking Then producing
Ref: Naiman, L, 2010, Creativity at work, http://www.creativityatwork.com/articlesContent/whatis.htm
A product is creative when it is novel and appropriate
A novel product is original & not predictable. The bigger the concept, and
The more the product stimulates further work and ideas,
the more the product is creative.

CREATIVITY IS FOR EVERYONE
A study by George Land reveals that
we are naturally creative and as wegrow up we learn to be uncreative.Creativity is a skill that can be developedand a process that can be managed.Learning to be creative is akin to learninga sport. It requires practice to developthe right muscles, and a supportiveenvironment in which to flourish.
