In this session, we use the Strength DeploymentInventory (SDI) which measures an individual'svalue system both when things are going well, andwhen the person is in conflict. Whereas many othertools measure behaviour, the SDI explores themotivations and values that underlie thosebehaviours why we behave the way we do. TheSDI was developed by Dr. Elias H. Porter.

The applications of the SDI are many, includingbuilding awareness of self and others, leadershipdevelopment, team building, conflict management, and dispute resolution or mediation.

This is an excellent tool to help you understand yourown motivations, as well as those of your teammembers when things are going well, as well aswhen you are in a conflict situation.
