1. Event Mangement for ARK

ARK is an international charity working for transforming children’s lives. Basically ARK (Absolute Returns for Kids) is working in Educational sector.CMPG conducted a social research for identifying and registering upto 2000 EWS kids in 25 wards of Shahdara region.For this campaign, CMPG identified 10 different locations for field offices set-up and registration of EWS children.

Enable Project

CMPG also conducted a campaign by using different inter personal and mass communication methods (like, banners, posters, leaflets, charts, puppet shows, road shows, focus group discussions, home visits, public address system etc) to make people aware of educational campaign.Within the total campaign of 10 days we have identified 2000 EWS children and register them for scholarship programme: ENABLE.

RESEARCH WORK FOR ICICI FOUNDATION

Recentely CMPG conducted a field survey research for ICICI Foundation for analysing different works of RSETI and RUDSETI in villages of Udaipur and Jodhpur (Rajasthan)For analysing effectiveness of different training courses and entrepreneurship work conducted by both RSETI and RUDSETI, CMPG has done a evaluation research study in 62 villages of rural Rajasthan.CMPG during this survey, also explored appropriate opportunities for livelihood of Cattle Owners / Dairy Farms / Farmers / Veterinary doctors etc.

The study, in each site, consisted of:

Stakeholder Analysis – A mapping of the key players (local Employees) in the RSETI areaKey informant interviews—a series of open-ended questions posed to individuals known for their knowledge and experience within the RSETI area. Interviews are qualitative, in-depth, and semi-structured. Focus group discussions was conducted with those local workers to explore & facilitate their ideas , Experiences & working knowledge.Direct observation— recording of observations of facts seen and heard at the RSETI site.Beneficiary assessment- A systematic consultation with project beneficiaries to identify and design development initiatives, constraints to participation, and to provide feedback.

We had covered all the popular cinema halls and leading market places. IDEA : To make the brand awareness in the given territory. This is one of the most successful activity of CMPG/FIC.

Client : Discovery ChannelPeriod : One Week.Areas Covered : Delhi and NCR.Type of project : An Environmental mission for protecting trees and injecting public consciousness for the same.

DescriptionDescription :An artificial forest was created on an LCV with proper light’s and sounds. Junior artists in the skin of different animal’s and trees played a small drama with a message “save trees and animals” to provoke environmental awareness. It was done in the 56 happening markets of the town.

IDEA : To make aware people about the nature i.e.

( Plantation and Animals). This is the conceptual activity to grow plants in their surroundings, which is very much appreciated by the people.
