Project phases: Preparatory Phase 11/01/2010
Organizing creative lab
Prior analysis on the development of non-formal learning;
1. AIMS: This analysis aims top re-address the path of non-formal learning;
2. DIFFICULTIES: To identify all possible difficulties on the implementation of lab;
3. CRISIS: To identify and to prevent potential crises during the implementation of lab;
4. CONFLICTS: To create alternative tools of conflict resolution during the construction of lab;

5. RESOURCES: To identify all possible resources;
6. GROUP: To set a minimum/maximum group size for each groups;
7. ENVIROMENT: To set up rules for the organization of the environment where it will realize the lab;
8. MATERIAL: short list f basic material needed to realize the lab (pens, papers, color);
9. ADVANTAGES: To identify the advantages that thy will benefit the participant of the group.
