§ Hard skills
§ Six reasons to work with mƏ:
Creative Leadership
Throughout my career I have led and nurtured
powerful teams by promoting inclusivity, generosity
and understanding. I've done this in the fields of
advertising, branding and product; for start-ups
and Fornute500s. I’ve worked with award-winning
studios, empowered junior designers, collaborated
as a strategist with business leaders and researchers,
and many other times, have also had to create and
execute great initiatives as a solo creative.
Business Intelligence
My design approach tends to be logical and human-
centred. With strong design thinking and a business
innovation background, I prioritise empathising with
audiences and fostering collaborative environments.
My best work is often rooted in a deep humanistic
challenge, evidenced in the award winning branding
and programme design work for the Foundation for
Positive Mental Health and #SheMeansBusiness.
Fluidity
I bring a diverse cultural and creative tapestry. By
adapting my work to challenges and opportunities as
they present, I've been able to build a precise under-
standing of: digital culture, fashion, tech, exhibit & spatial design, editorial design for print and digital
environments, purpose-led and dynamic branding,
the strategic and iterative nature of digital design,
and the experiential narratives of advertising.
Off-joins-online
I’m an unrelenting researcher of digital culture on the
areas of individual and brand identity. Conversely, my
commercial work has helped develop my practical
and strategical skills, both in the design and front-
end development of digital interfaces, for which
functionality and rapid engagement with information
constitute fundamental goals. Likewise, designing for
Facebook provided an insider perspective into social
media practices.
Balanced Communication
Grounded in product and editorial design, my style
of communication developed with a classic focus on
clarity and simplicity, followed by aesthetic explora-
tion. Educational pieces are common throughout my
work, but a fascination with visual culture and the arts
is shifting the focus of my most recent work towards
giving more intentionality to processes and prioritis-
ing an emotional response.
Vision
After 6 years of leading projects in communications,
product, branding and advertising I am graduating
back to a state of craft, learning and exploration.
Lovecraft House is my space to do that. My aim is to
foster new avenues for interdisciplinary collaboration,
working with intention and equality to develop spaces
and experiences where intrinsic human values and
connections can resurface.
BTW, I'm also fun. Ask these guys:
