HOW DOES IT WORK?

application

• Using the intuitive application , set up project details and simply

click on ‘create barcode’ – the software instantly produces a

uniquely numbered digital barcode specific to your

project/concepts.

• Copy and paste the barcode into all associated documents

whether they are written strategies, visual concepts, proposals or

other creative works and documentation.

• Using the Application, you have the option to use our file transfer

facility, to send your files to clients/ project partners.

• The recipient party agrees to the terms and conditions of use

before downloading the files.

• The agreement is simple: ‘concepts, whether visual or written

strategies, may not be used in any manner without the creators

permission’.

• All send, receipt and download of files is recorded by the

database.
